Got through the pull-ups and dips relatively easy. Didn't keep a steady pace with the push-press. Row was a bit over 4:00.

New
New blog title, new attitude. Everything I've done up until this point is a wash. I'm starting with a clean slate and treating every workout as if I had never done it before. I'm erasing my old PRs and new workout is setting a new standard. It's not just because 2011 is coming to a close, but because I no longer want to dwell on the past training-wise. I can't compare myself now to before because circumstances are different. And instead of focusing on trying to become what I once was, I'm going to focus on being a better me now and improving myself each day. This is the start of a new training cycle.
